DMCA Policy

ANIVUE respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.

ANIVUE does not host, store, upload, mirror or proxy any video files on its servers. All media is streamed directly from third-party providers. The titles, metadata and artwork displayed on the site are sourced from third-party APIs. If you believe any content accessible through ANIVUE infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of infringement, please send an email to dmca@anivue.site with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) where the material appears, so we can locate it.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address, so we can contact you.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a complete notice, we will review it and take appropriate action. This typically includes removing or disabling access to the identified material and, where possible, notifying the involved third-party provider. We aim to respond to valid notices as quickly as possible, usually within a few business days.

We will not share or misuse the personal information included in your notice, and will use it solely to process your request.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@anivue.site including a description of the material, its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake. We will forward counter-notices to the original claimant and restore content in accordance with the DMCA where appropriate.
